We create handmade DIY kits, colouring activities and creative craft experiences designed to bring people of all ages closer to creativity.
While Pintoo is a brand inspired by the joy and curiosity of childhood, creativity has no age limit. Our products can be enjoyed by children discovering the world of art and making for the first time, as well as adults who simply want to slow down, switch off and enjoy some time creating with their hands.

Are Pintoo products handmade?
Yes. Pintoo products are handmade with care and attention to detail.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture or finish may occasionally occur.
How long does it take to process my order?
Because our products are handmade, orders generally require 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
During festivals, sales or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately:
- 3–6 business days for metro cities
- 5–10 business days for other locations
Remote locations may require additional time.
These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on the courier and destination.
Can I return or exchange a Pintoo product?
Returns or replacements may be considered if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, or if an essential component is missing.
Requests should generally be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation is approved after payment, the applicable refund will normally be processed to the original payment method.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number and photographs of the product and packaging.
We may also request an unboxing video or other information to help us investigate the issue.
